After years of designing and hosting driving experiences in Europe, the US and beyond, we set out to create something more personal, more refined, and more meaningful.

Co-Founder
Alex is a professional racing driver with over a decade of international motorsport experience. He has designed and delivered automotive events across the world, combining precision with creativity. At Solenza, Alex leads operations and experience design, ensuring every road, hotel, and detail is curated to perfection.

Moh Ritson
Co-Founder
Moh is a professional racing driver and hospitality specialist. He has overseen programs across the F1 calendar, shaping experiences for some of the sport’s most discerning guests. At Solenza, Moh drives the brand, marketing, and guest journey, blending professionalism with a warm, personal touch.
